Should I Come back to League of Legend?

It's been 4 years since I haven't played LoL. I quit 4 years ago because there's a lot of Feeders, Afk players, Flamers, and Toxic Players. My sister and my Father told me to come back to LoL and be the Famous Gamer. But I said no I don't want to because that will take a lot of years to do that, So I usually play Roblox And Live Stream and Make videos from there. I played a lot of Horror Games and Played friday the 13th game and it was also a competitive game. I Draw anime and Make my own anime but it's Fanime called Ro Hu Lo on YouTube and I also Made An Animation which is awsome and it's called "The Half Zatoichi Part 3 (SFM)" On youtube and of course I'm an animator. I'm Kinda popular on Roblox and I just got over 600 Followers. It was a Nice Digital world game. But IT could be also popular if I play leagueoflegends, I mean I did made couple of leagueoflegends Video gameplay on YouTube and it had like over 5 likes. I was a Main, a Main, Main, and a Main. I'm now bronze 4 and I'm very honest that I was Silver V before but then Riot started to restart the rank and that's why I quit because I don't wanna waste my time.. They'll restart the rank again. But maybe could they not do that so I can Keep climbing up the ladder? Should I Come back or not?
