New client has so much lag

The new client keeps lagging more than in the game and they Better not put more animations on it cause it will become more lag af. So to be honest I tried to click on the Lock On Button then suddenly a freakon Leavebuster suspend me for 20 mins because this client lagged me. Riot plz fix this client I'm begging u and also plz get me to Silver V.
