How to play against rek sai in lane?

So I laned against a full ad mid lane and she was a monster(pun intended). Mid lane is just filled with tunnels giving her outrageous amounts of mobility. When ever I go in, she tunnels out, when she goes in, she catches me off guard using the tunnel then popping up, knocking me up and then doing true damage. I am forced to play super passively and unable to destroy any of her tunnels. She has melee and ranged abilities, putting me to an advantage either way. Help pls?

Just step on her tunnels. Depending on who you play, u can bully her early game. Rush Seeker's. She shouldn't be too hard to lane against. High CD on tunnel means low escape mechanism. If Rek'sai went Full AD, she should be extremely squishy.

or is she zoning you so hard you can't even do that ?!

would help if u told us which champ you were playing at the time. imo Rek Sai's laning shouldn't even be that much of an issue. unless you're playing VelKoz and missing all your skill shots. ^ if thats the case then there's your problem.

I was forced to lane mid against a Kat due to an afker, I didn't use much tunnels in lane but instead used them to get to buffs and back quickly and let me tell you I got powerful quick and interrupting Kats ult with basically an auto attack is oh so satisfying, laning Rek'Sai is fun for sure but to counter her in a lane I think you'd need a tank or jumpy ranged
