making toxic players WIN draft normals
put "toxic" players in a game mode where 90% of the players dont try or quit or troll smart idea yeah they wont rage when people arent trying and they need to win smart LOL

Sorry, but as long as the game is free to play, they can't just use 'time' as a punishment, since people will just create smurfs. And they can't just force you to play them 'cause you'll just troll/afk.
The only way for them to actually get you to try is to make you have to win.
