why does Riot support toxic match making

I strive to say that its not the people themselves that are toxic, its the horrible matchmaking that brings out the toxic in people, and riot is doing nothing to fix the match makings system for balancing the way teams are stacked or matched up, for me personally the balancing is non existent at a 80/20 ratio and one really bad days like the week they are releasing a patch its 90/10 ratio because they do no maintenance on the servers because it might affect the way the patch is applied to the servers so they wait tell after the patch to start tweaking/"fixing" things. so i wish there was some way to hold riot accountable for intentionally making people turn toxic by giving them constant "crap matching" through there so called balanced system of matchmaking that in no way is balanced.
