How to improve capture quality of replay highlights?

Hi I'm just wondering if there are any options I need to fiddle with to get better highlights, because right now they are potato quality. There was even some fps lag while recording the clip, so it may be hardware limitation (I'm on a laptop) but I wanted to check to confirm. Should I turn down graphics in the replay before trying to capture? Or change resolution? I'm gonna try a couple things but wanted to check if anyone here knows and can help! Thanks friends.

Yeah, great. We've all looked at the FAQ. Where does it say where the setting is located? Why would they even include this vague piece of information.

"We've added in-game options to adjust this setting. We won't tell you where it is, but it's there somewhere!"

When you are viewing the replay, hit ESC for the Menu window. Go to Video Settings. Scroll down for Highlight Video Settings.

I tried playing with all the settings from reducing the video quality of the game itself to reducing quality of the recording and no matter what the highlights replay that gets recording comes out laggy and poopy. I am kind of disappointed. Im on a laptop too but its a macbook pro with max configurations shelled out good dough for it and it cant record replays decent enough.
