PBE RP bug fixed when?

Just curious since it's been a month since the exclamation mark on PBE told us a fix was being worked on.

Also, for some reason, when I click 'Report a Bug' on the PBE client, the browser page tells me to 'Login to continue' even though the top right of the page clearly shows me logged in. Is it taking me to the wrong page/wrong region or something?

Oh, and another thing - if a champion gets reworked, shouldn't their pre-existing skins also get put to 1 BE similar to new skins? All the Nunu skins are still at normal pricing despite all technically being new. Just seems like that would help be able to test things.

Thinking about it now, why is the PBE store the way it is? Why isn't everything just 1 BE permanently? I don't see the point of having meaningless transactions on here in this roundabout way of doling out RP.
