It's Thursday. Where the fucks Pulsefire Caitlyn?

I very rarely post on the boards, but, this is ridioclous. I've had the past four days off of work, looking forward to playing Pulsefire Caitlyn, I've been searching these boards and reddit like a crack fiend trying to find the smallest details about when it's going to be released, and have come up with nothing.

It's been NINE days since the patches release. Each patch gets fourteen days. I wanted to atleast play my second favorite champion with her new skin while she was still strong and could stack headshots with Ruunans. Now from the looks of it I'll MAYBE get one day and one game of it in.

Not even the Project Skin waves took this long.
