It's literally the exact same shape, armor, color palette, sword, and looks. The only difference is a mildly different name and being drawn in a different style.

For OP, because as far as I know there are a lot laxer copyright laws in other countries. Riot would need to spend a lot on legal issues to take one down, and likely the producer would just make another exact clone anyway.

My personal thought? At least their artists are doing their own renditions of League champions, unlike League of Angels which uses splash art 100% copy-pasted from League.
