why do junglers try to make my life suck?

I don't normally complain about being camped at top because atleast the enemy jungler would give me some leeway and let me farm a little bit. this jarvan went top at lvl 2 and killed me after his blue, I was like "ok that was a nice gank" so I bought a ward. when I went to place the ward he was there and I got killed again. I was a little ticked but w/e, I walked back into lane and as soon as I got to my tower they dove me and killed me but I was able to kill jarvan at least. When I got Back to lane they did it again and again. And when I mean camped I mean he was at top side jungle at the very least the whole game just to kill me over and over. This does not happen to me very often and I can go entire games without the jungler even going near top lane.

Were they friends or something? is that why jarvan made me curl up in a corner?

It sounds like the jungle found the weak link and kept smashing away at it. If a gank works once, and then it works again, and you get a third kill on a tower dive that early in the game. Why would you go to another lane and try to gank someone else? I mean if something is working damn near every time, than it would be foolish to stop. That is of course, unless the rest of his team is losing bad. Next time, ask your jungle to come share the lane with you, help you push it out from under the tower.

It's their job to make people's lives miserable.

If they succeed in a gank and kill you, they can put you further behind with greater success if they gank you again, again, and again.

It doesn't feel fun, but it's a pragmatic way to win.
