Champ Shards in Hextech Chests

Please Riot, take the Champion Shards out of the Hextech Chests since we just added the ability to buy them with IP. I don't buy RP for the Hextech stuff so getting a key takes a lot of time. I have all the champs in the game so it gets irritating when I open a Hextech Chest, that prob took me a week or two to get cause I'm not very lucky with key fragments, just to get a champ shard. If you're gonna give us the ability to buy champ shards, then I see no point in continuing to have them in the chests themselves. Please take them out so us people who have all the champs don't have to continue suffering when we work hard to get a key just to get a champ shard.
