I pick one of the four sought after roles and I wait over 10 minutes to not even get into a game? WTF This some BS. Riot needs to fix this ASAP.

four sought rolls? was it top? if it was top or mid then thats where you went wrong

i always found that i get a lobby every 10 seconds as jungler, 10-15 seconds as adc, and like 2-5 seconds support

everyone wants to play top, nobody wants to play bot or jungle if you want to get into a team quick pick either a bot laner or a jungler
