I have an issue where in ever game I play of League, no matter the map, champ, role, game mode, my game will freeze for 1-1.5 seconds. It happens before every first death I have, no matter the time of the game. Once I hit 10% hp it happens and I have died a lot from it.
Its problem of you PC or ISP.
YEEEEEEEES, I HAVE THE EXACT SAME THING!! it happens 80% of the time, only on the first death, no other deaths, would freeze for a split second just before dying which stops me from healing, ignite flashing etc, happened on my old laptop as well, thats why i always have to pop summoners slightly before that happens now.
