What was the reason to give Akali the ability to jump walls or even just use it as a 5th dash. Her ult covers her mobility, what was the reason to make her even stupider to play against.I shouldn't have to burn flash because she can just W dash, and then ult dash me. And even if I flash away She has 2 more ult charges. undo the rework. Riot made Kog stupid and that Akali change is giving me the same vibes. And if you really though you could jsut sneak it in and only the Akali otps would know, nothing goes unnoticed.

You're right that at bare minimum Akali's shroud should be reverted, abet you are wrong in your reasoning. The current shroud is considerably worse to use than the old one. It feels pretty bad to have 0 control over where you place shroud, normally you want it in front of you, not where you're standing. The current shroud often feels like it only gives a semi circle of usable space because of that.

I mean you've never been able to flash away from Akali to get away. Her ult always covered that. Her Shroud dash pretty much just let her dash over Riven Walls. That's about it.

+1. Nobody hates the new shroud (and everything else about the rework) more than Akali mains. The old shroud was far more powerful and useful than this redundant gimmick.

And if you wanna know the reason behind that change, it's because they couldn't find a fix for the invisible shroud bug because of macaroni code and so they decided to just fix it on her and give a jump to compensate instead. Lazy work at its finest.

Meh, if Zed can destroy mages within seconds like the bs champ he is, why not let Akali get better mobility?
