What would I get placed if I win 10/10
I am currently at Gold 5 with normal mmr. If the rankings reset and I win 10/10 of my placements, what would I get placed in? Been thinking about this a lot.

There is no answer to this question.
Your final ranking will be determined by who you play against. If you are playing against people you are 'supposed' to beat (Silver II, Silver I), then you won't move very much. If you're playing against Plats or high Gold, then you will likely land in Gold III, Gold II.
I don't see a scenario where you jump as high as Plat. Remember, your MMR is reset using this formula: (your rank + 1200) / 2. I believe Challengers go as low as Plat for resets (someone correct me if I'm wrong on this).
I don't know how the reset is, but I remember reading posts from last season about how people when 10/10 in Gold V and ended up in Plat V or Plat IV in SOME cases
As gold 5 you're allowed to duo with up to plat 1, as low as silver 5.
If you win 10/10 duo with plat 1, you may well end up in plat 2-4. If you win 10/10 duo with silver 5? Probably end up in gold 5 to silver 4. If you win 10/10 solo? Probably between silver 1 and plat 5.
Exactly how you plan to win 10/10 is beyond me though...
The above however probably points out that your best strategy is to let a friend in high plat do their placements first (so you don't cause them to get placed lower), then duo with him for your placements (so you get placed higher). Of course, you'll only get this if you have such a friend and he knows you're actually a plat+player (which, if you're in gold 5, is unlikely - however since you are asking about 10/10 I'm assuming it's possible).
