Client freezes all the time now.

I can't be the only one this is happening to. I've tried repairing the Client and it doesn't help anything. You get into champ select and it starts freezing and you randomly get a dodge. It doesn't always just happen in champ select either. Sometimes I will be just sitting there in queue and it starts freezing.
