Which champs snowball the hardest
In your opinion, and due to your experiences, which champs do would you say snowball the hardest, and seem to hyper carry off of only a few kills?

There has to be a mention of all the infinite scaling champs:
The longer the game goes on and the harder these champions are to deal with, granted 3 of them scale with defenses and only one scales purely offensively.
Then there's the champions who can instagib you and just waltz out unharmed:
And then the ones who can solo win a lane if they get far enough ahead:
What about champs like eve or akali do they still snowball like they used to?
