Help me climb out of bronze plz

So i just want some honest opinions on a few things. I have been playing league since beta. i originally jumped face first into ranked, and really didn't think about the consequences. So I have been placed in bronze since the beginning. By the end of each season based on the time I have allotted to play being busy with "life", I can usually get to silver eventually. But its slow, real slow, and i would make a new account as I am sure i could place higher, but I am invested in this account and have 300+ skins, all the runes and stuff that I need, and I really don't want to have to make a new account. Due to soft resets etc. I come back to the same problem every year, and not having access or time for team play, im forced to solo/duo which is usually solo for the same reasons. Honestly I wish Riot once a season allowed for a like $20 elo reset or something. Ive played with platinum players gold players etc, and i don't find the games any more challenging, maybe even less so due to less trolls, afkers, tilted players, and people that would rather just d/c since they are in bronze anyways than try to win even if a game goes poorly early. Getting to the point, I just want to know what you guys might recommend position wise or other to help someone who is dedicated to one account, but is having a hard time with the bronze grind.

Thank you in advance.

Honestly it's because you're playing like a bronze player. Looking at your past games, you have a terrible K/D frequently, your cs is about 2 a min less than it should be every game, and your champion pool is pretty open.

There is no troll/afk/tilted player that can make you go 3/12. Look back at everything you did wrong to that point instead of what the team could've done. Maybe there was a fight you thought was great for the team, but you're the only one that went and got caught and died. The minions is where most of your gold comers from. The 300 from kills is nice, but it doesn't add up nearly to the amount of free gold that walks down all lanes every 30 seconds. If you want to climb, you should start by playing normals with one champion until you have at least mastery 6. This way you know their kit in and out, you're used to their cooldowns and mechanics so it comes natural, and you know how to play them well enough to carry.
