choosing a main

i was wondering if you guy can help me pick my main champion. i asked other people but they just said the champion pick you. any advice is helpful. thank you

Do you have a preference for melee range, or long range? Do you have a role that you like better than the others? Are you good with skill shots?

All of these questions can help me give you a few suggestions for champions where you might like.

Also, do you have any champions that you really don't like? Those could push me in the right direction as well.

Pick one that suits how you play, and it depends on what position you play, its an intensely personal choice inside you

Just play a bunch of champions until you find 1 that you do good with AND you find to be really fun to play so it doesn't feel tedious to spam it.

I started as a Yi main, then went to Tryn, Cait, Vlad, Warwick, J4, Olaf, Lee and then Nocturne. After I mained Nocturne I never wanted to touch anything else, so I knew it was meant to be.
