Tarics dueling power is that of a... cringes juggernaut... i was EXTREMELY underwhelmed when i saw the page so i went on to pbe to test. this is by far one of the most broken kit combinations and i hope they nerf him multiply times before he hits live.

do not be tricked this kit is easyily broken in current stat

They just need to lower the damage and healing and what not on when his allies do the same thing he does. Then he should be fine. If he misses the stun he has a pretty significant window, and if he hits his stun you're pretty much screwed
