Champion Sales

Hey, since me and most league players don't pay real life money on champions, why don't the champion sales become also on the IP beside the rp because some champions are really expensive for me, and if I had the chance to buy a champion that is 6300 up with a 30% sale atleast I would totally save for it, so please can we have ip sales?
