The nerfs to her cd makes support kayle even more viable than her because they both will have the same cd on heal and kayle won't lose health while healing, also at level 6 you will be able to make ur adc not take any damage for like 2 sec, so why would anyone pick soraka over kayle support next patch
It nerfs her early game, but Soraka still has her W passive if she lands her Q. Transfer dat regen to your ADC, don't just rely on the burst heal.
Also, something Kayle doesn't have: Soraka ult +

Yeah, teamfights are going to hurt.
I can see Soraka still being a good choice because Raka will out-heal Kayle in the late game, and also Raka's ult is team wide. Therefore in a team fight her presence (healing wise) is much stronger than Kayle's.
Uh, Kayle's heal is on a 15 second cooldown (Soraka's now starts at 8 and goes down to 2) and it has lower base and scaling values. I'm pretty sure Soraka will be fine.
