Is it just me or is this just old SR for mobile?

I don't get it. The app uses the same exact tile pattern. If you look at the page on the android app store (just search moba), it even uses the same ARAM skin we still have now for a map. In the thumbnail of the video on the linked page (which I was too lazy to watch) you can see that it uses the same tower range warning sign as league does in bots.

Is this just me?
