League of Diarrhea?

It's so strange...everytime i play league i get diarrhea. Maybe this has to do with the adrenaline caused by the intense gameplay when im eve or udyr chasing someone down like I'm running for my life but without the physical work and endorphins released from exercise? hmm idk but league is giving me diarrhea every time i play it,
