Is NA.OP.GG correct on its MMR??? because its saying i should be 3 ranks higher than i am but im losing more lp then gaining and im playing good. just wondering if it was legit

No. All those sites don't know the calculation by Riot. They making a secret out of it. Sites like Op.gg try to emulate the calculation, but use an anotherone.
yes it is almost accurate. It said my mmr was gold 1 when i was gold 5. I skippped 2 ranks after that [gold 4, 2]
but best way is by looking at ur lp gain 19-23 is normal
