I've never heard of a case where someone was given a LPQ when they were not afk/dc'd or otherwise not participating for some period of time.

I see in your last match that you did not buy items until 7 minutes, so unless you were playing without items, Leaver Buster is working fine.

If your problem is with a client crash or connection issue, seek help for that; that may be fixed, but the leaver penalty cannot be avoided regardless of the reason for your absence.
