i feel like riot games is discriminating against people and gays

my friend is almost on the verge to getting permaban but the thing was a kid called him a %%%got all game and champ selected because of his name and somewhat then the next momment he told this other team to report him he saying speech calling him a %%%get and so on he got the chat restriction and the other kid got nothing it was the same kid that called me a %%%%%% and a %%%get in champ selected and %%%get all game long but when i got to flame back so my friend we get in trouble so i feel like riot making like when somebody talk shit they don't get nothing but the other party talk shit they get in trouble i was called hate speech and other stuff and i get permaban but this kid can say %%%%%% %%%get and other shit get nothing this is discriminating and i feel like that riot need make the people who account got permaban or ban back and in live people who does hate speech need be gone becausehow does riot know if i am bi sexual or gay but there on the verge banning my friend and she is gay so i wanted to know if riot can do something because i feel like this is not fair at all i flame because they was using hate speech towards me my friend defened herself i was called a %%%%%% but nothing
