If you cared so much about your account (you seem pretty passionate in the comments), you probably should have known not to break the LoL ToS. Unfortunately there's nothing we, nor you can do to lift the ban. Only chance for reviving the account is if the ban was unfair, which your chatlogs show it wasn't.

Wish you the best of luck in reforming though! Make a new account and start a new you! :)
