Support Shen Matters!

Shen is only recognized by Riot Games as a top laner and they refuse to address/fix his problems as a support. It is my belief, as a support main, that Shen needs only one adjustment to help him become a better, stronger, and more efficient support. His "E", Shadow Dash is far too weak at the moment when he is played in the role of support. My suggestion would be to increase the duration of the taunt at later ranks, but decrease it a earlier ranks. For example, at rank one the taunts duration would last for one second and at its final rank would last for two seconds. Another buff that Shen should receive is the return of damage reduction applied to taunted targets. Shen as a support is often not as tanky as he would be when he is played top lane, so returning the damage reduction to his taunt that he once had would help to compensate for this issue. Every other part of Shen's kit is already well balanced for him to be played as a support, Riot just needs to recognize that he is playable in a different position and should adjust him accordingly.
