Because ONE game is the reason riot bans you right ? Guess you're one of those QQ'ing on board when you get chat restricted and think it's from one game too ? Lyte, Pendragron, WookieCookie and Co. proved more than once you need about half your game being toxic at least to be banned. He's probably been chat restricted more than once and didn't learn.
He's been toxic in over half his games. Rules are rules. If he acts like a jerk, he will be treated like one, even pro players are not immune to it. Get over it, good for us to have one less toxic player to play with or against.
