Looking to start up a twitch stream!

Hey everyone, I play League and Hearthstone a lot and I think I want to start up a twitch stream. I know I won't be big maybe ever but I am wondering some tips or things you like seeing. For example, webcam vs no webcam, music vs no music, talking a lot vs not talking etc. Does it matter the rank I am? What is the most entertaining for you?
