Club future

Does anybody think that clubs need to be amped up? Like, will there ever be a way to search or browse NA clubs? I am a Jhin main and was looking for a Jhin club or anything close to it. Maybe a way to see club leaders to add and talk to. Just an idea. This has probably already been posted a hundred times. Would be cool Riot :)
