Can someone tell me how its fair for someone to feed in my promos with absolutely no consequence. They dont care. I care tho i actually want to get good but its fucking impossible when you lose because 1 person on your team is completely terrible, how is this fair,

S H A Y C 03 votesthats not true, while i agree that it sucks when you get a team mate that seems to put forth little to no effort, it doesnt "always" go poorly for you and great for the other team. im sure you have won at least a few games...were all those games won based of pure skill? you dont always win because you are great, sometimes you win because they are bad...and those games the "turds" actually worked out in your favor.
for example the ezreal game you played ranked yesterday. you had two silver 5's on your team, and the entire enemy team was bronze...that time it worked out for you. and quite frankly i dont know what youre even complaining about

i like to be challeneged and i understand the best place to do it in my promos but in my nidalee game which i didnt play great because the only support i can play is morg (which they took) i didnt play the greatest game but it didnt help that the irelia gave my kills before 10 minutes, why is the skill difference that big. In my zed game we had a 3/17 varus who literally gave up. He didnt build correctly, no damage at all and i couldnt split push because they sent to many people that were quite fed to me and my team still couldnt push. I only had 1 ult and if i ulted the fed ashe she would qss and even if i all in'd her i barely killed her while my team did nothing and then we would lose. My mind is blank how do deal with these games.
S H A Y C 02 votesyeah, i struggled with the same problem, a diamond buddy of mine and a random diamond 1 smurf i ran into both ended up telling me the same thing...solo Q blows and the only way to climb through is to duo...so get a duo you can trust who is equally or more skilled than you...that is how you will balance the bads, its the only thing you can do...and sometimes even that isnt enough, but you will have done all you can and just Q up for the next game..or wait 5 minutes to make sure those same turds arent on your team again :P

i played alot with my irl friends (they go to my highschool) but in the end they just make fun of me and stopped playing with me because im bronze EVEN THO I DID BETTER THEN THEM EVERY GAME they would just say your bronze. so very few people understand

Post in the forums that youre looking for a bronze (on your level) duo partner and watch the posts fly in! ive done it, but for some reason i ended up with 9 people that wanted to duo with me one night and despite 2-3 straight wins we never seem to get together after, i think they just needed a duo for one session and went back to their normal duo buddy.

i understand im not the greatest but its a teamgame and when i get a bad team mate it hurts me individually. I want to play a game where when someone dies once in lane they understand to not go and fight again over and over until they afk. I want to get better but its hard when you play against teams that crush you or you play teams that you crush. It doesnt help me at all, and makes me really frustrated at times

If you are in need, ask for help, don't blame the bad players. I have a little cousin who's hands are slow to react due to birth defects. It pains me to see him being bullied on internet games for being "bad" when it's out of his control. Don't blame bad players, they might have a reason you can't see.

But seriously... the reality is sometimes you'll have godly teammates, sometimes you'll have terrible teammates... the only difference is you probably won't ever remember the former.
It's a basic survival instinct to remember the negative more than the positive, so it is understandable... but it does lead to frustration in cases like this. But the real problem is the mindset you're approaching the games with, which is leading to you caring more about winning than about your performance and thus getting frustrated when you lose.
