Can someone help me with my setup?

So I've been playing league for about a year, and I've started to get annoyed by my computer and things like that. I mostly play on my parents old computers and things which happen to be apple products. The computer I use is a 2010 MacBook Pro and my mouse is an old apple magic mouse, which has no mouse buttons and is completely smooth, so right clicking is a pain. For a mouse pad I use an album cover which is getting bent and deformed.

Could anyone suggest some upgrades or alternatives to my setup that are within a reasonable price range? For any computers I'd prefer a laptop. Thanks!
