if you want to try your luck though you can submit a ticket the same way you would for the one-per-lifetime RP request.

This is not going to be enough to get you a chest or key unless you already have a little bit of RP.

They're not robots, nor are they are your disposition to take care of your needs immediately. Answering tickets takes time and probably are also sorted by priority so more important things will get handled first in my opinion. It will probably take more than a day to get a response so just chill and wait. You already have your skin shard, you will get your skin eventually.
