as far as I know Riot doesn't have a way to add essence to accounts currently.
if you want to try your luck though you can submit a ticket the same way you would for the one-per-lifetime RP request.

You could always just unlock boxes until you get a champion skin shard to sell. You know, like how you're supposed to.
