im not getting any keys for a month can u tell me why ? and i get S and S+ when i win

I don't really agree that describing key drops as totally random is very accurate. When you know that the drop chance increases with the more keys that you've gotten in amonth, this is no longer 'totally random'. Also from Riot:

The drops are somewhat based on luck, but it’s weighted such that after a certain number of wins if you didn’t get a fragment we’ll just force a drop to avoid being screwed by RNG.

This is from their Ask Riot. I sent in a question asking if they know what number of games we can expect them to think 'we are being screwed by RNG' because this month it took 36 wins to get an entire key. Last month was the same.... Previous months in 36 games I would have gotten 3 keys (I marked down how often they dropped)
