In the ranked game I just had, I ganked bot really early, accidentally over committed, and got pulled under the turret by Blitzcrank, giving an easy first blood. I took a deep breath, apologized for my mistake, and put it behind me.

We won that game and I went 12/3/14 with Volibear. The moral here is that if you keep a clear head and don't get flustered, you'll be more in control. It also helps to own up to your mistakes. It's the sign of an adult and your team will appreciate you for it.
