Anyone else finding that most games are exceptionally one-sided in ranked at the moment?
It seems like every game I play one team is clearly far more skilled than the other. I don't really get as much enjoyment out of this even as the winner. I feel like it might be resultant of the dynamic queue system. The MMR algorithm just doesn't seem to be able to fairly adjust. This was a complaint many people had even about playing with a single duo partner in the solo queue. I feel that now it's even worse. Outside of skill issues this also creates situations where the majority of a team is either using an alternative means of communication and therefore ignoring the in game methods (thus alienating and probably dooming the remaining players) or, even worse, creates a situation in which someone whose has been dragged into a game of substantially higher ELO by the matchmaker is then treated poorly by a group of people who are already friends when they do not perform. Just thought this area was something that bears discussion, and hope it perhaps gets the attention of someone at riot. I think Dynamic queue was set up with the best of intentions, likely as a response to all those surveys about game experience, but if anything I think it's made the experience worse for those of us who genuinely like queuing solo, or simply don't have the right schedule to play with friends all of the time. I open the floor to anyone who has had a similar experience and would like to express their thoughts.
