Can Chi be a Thing

Hey riot I was recently thinking if you could for your next champion make a new resource called chi which fills your bar up by auto attacking and then when it reaches a certain level you can cast an ability and maybe have one ability cost nothing just to give some change and if you make this champ melee then it could potentially balance them for once. P.S. The champ has to be some kind of like warrior monk or something so chi can make scene. Also maybe rework lee sin to have this chi as well
