SHEN IS COOL BUT NOT AWESOME!

Hey Riot, I've been thinking about the Shen rework and its pretty cool but I was wondering if you could still change it a bit. Can you please make his Q like Orianas Q. Where you can position the blade to where ever instead of just to you, becuse that way he is a bit easier to play and his kit makes more sence. Also becuse of the way he looks now can you also consider putting some work into 5 more PROJECT skins 1 for Shen and then 4 other characters like Jhin or Ekko
