@Riot What will happen to abusers of RAF?

Some time ago Riot announced that they would change the "refer a friend"-system. They also said that they would "be taking action against an array of offenders". A few weeks later, some summoners who had bought bot-referrals got an e-mail telling them that action would be taken against them. Afaik, nothing else has happened yet. What are your plans, Riot? Are you going to suspend accounts? Are you taking back IP, RP and content from abusers' accounts? I know some people who would shop RP and skins, but have bought referrals and are afraid that you are going to take away that content from their accounts.

ps: Great Job for the new RAF system, it finally makes sense! ^^
