AFKers in game.

Is anyone else really tired of playing ranked just to have an AFK on your team? If you think about it, when someone afks and makes it a 4v5, you're 90% of the time going to insta-lose. Which means everyone on that team will have to play another game and win to be back at LP they were at before, and another if they want to advance past what they were already at. So you're wasting 4 peoples time and 8 games if they win them all to get ahead. Can we start seeing more serious punishments for people who afk in ranked? Maybe even some loss prevented? I'm tired of dealing with AFKs especially when you never come across one on an enemy team.
