Nothing triggers me more.

Than something not game related is either killing me, closing league, making me lose the game entirely, or turning off my computer. Such as the Blue screen of death (Which freezes my computer like once every 2 minutes when I turn it back on), random lag spikes, friends that spam skype while I'm in-game (If I tell them to stop they do it more because they know it minimizes league).
