Really odd ban

I just got a 2 week ban, while having a chat ban which is all really strange because i dont do anything. I never say anything, and have All chat off. I am in coms with riot support regarding the chat ban, then i randomly get a 2 week ban but i dont know for what. I did not recieve an email or anything.

I was reading that others were having ban issues with afk. There was one and i mean ONLY one game in the last 5 days that my client crashed and it took me 10-15 min to get back in.

Is it common for them not to email why you get a ban or is there a bug going on?

It happened to me too. I just came off of a two week ban in mid November. I understood that one because I would be extremely toxic. Coming off ban, i rarely use chat. When I do, I never curse or use derogatory words anymore. I significantly have tried to improve my behavior, even sending in a ticket coming off the ban showing concern of what reports are taking seriously and which can be determined to be just out of spite.

Yet I log on today to get another 14 day ban. I've played with some of my friends who have said worse than me in games and they're still on and able to play on their accounts. I just find it kind of ridiculous that for me at least, someone that has improved their behavior astronomically to be banned another two weeks when I haven't even expressed 1% of the toxicity I used to before my first ban.

Usually people getting bans really do deserve them. I am not gonna judge though, because there have been those rare exceptions. I have been an avid follower of most ban complaints and have seen less than a handful proven innocent. Without Lyte or some other red coming along and saying: "Wow man, our bad, you really didnt deserve a ban", you will have a hard time convincing anyone here of your innocence! Cheers! (use the time for something constructive like crafting X-Mas Presents!)

PS: complaining to the community is fruitless! Your options

Put yourself out and ask Lyte to publicize chatlogs (beware of Lyte Smite and "Rekt" ridicule) or
Contact support.

if i did why would they not send an email or any kind of information regarding it? even a sample log would be nice so i know why.. Because as of now i say nothing in game so why suspend me for not communicating with trolls.
