Lyte getting you with double jeopardy (bans)
Ok so i admit this after i was in my promos for S1 which seemed to take forever to get there. i got a guy who nexusd me and forced a loss because it would be funny. I called him a stupid %%%%%% %%%% that should die a slow painful death. I got a 2 week BAN not a chat ban. I sent in a support ticket and requested the asshole get a 2 week ban also. They said there was no reason because he was not toxic. Ok sure i was to blame i admit.
After 2 weeks of no play. i log back on and play a game and do much worse then normal because you know 2 weeks rusty in this game means you might go negative. I get flamed and trolled but i refuse to say anything! and i mean ANYTHING only because you know they threatened me with a perma ban if i use any language of that sorts again. So after not replying back to the constant abuse and just taking it. I get out of that game and get a Chat Ban for toxicity...
Now i have to call Bs because i didnt say anything. I put in a SUP ticket and after pushing through the automated msg's i got someone to give me some text about what i said. THey said that i called players %%%%%%s and %%%%s and told them they should die.
Wait a second isnt that what i got a 2 week ban for... SO i called out my repliers and i am still in this process with them over 2 weeks. I told them that this is what i got banned for, they reply saying that my behavior didnt change and it wasnt those words i used but other forms of toxicity.
I reply asking them to post then they reply with original email saying i called them %%%%%% %%%%s. Which i then quoted what their threat was requesting them to perm Ban me. Waiting for further reply from sup who denies and will not admit to what is really going on.
If it gets out that these chat bans can be rolled up into a double jeopardy then once your in the system you will NEVER get out.
LYTE if you post what i got banned for just like your support staff did and say that is why i got the chat ban then i call BS on your system and methods.
