Team surrendered due to a single person? (Remember my story)

I'm not sure where this actually goes as far as the board location but I'm here just to complain (I'd rather be honest) about this one game I just had.

I'm Twitch with Janna, bot lane. We're winning and farm and kills but she's extremely upset because I was too passive, so in order for her to keep her mouth shut, I went aggressive, got kills. Then told her to shut the fuck up (Being as honest as possible here) and muted her instantly. All I saw was her obnoxious pings around the map (You know, 5 or 6). As the game goes on, I'm just doing my thing as Twitch, getting fed, blah blah. Team was actually doing really good. Then all of the sudden, we're about to get drag while the other team is actually respawning/protecting their base and in the chat, i see "I'd rather not" and then a surrender vote on the right side of my screen that instantly shows 4 green votes. YUP. WE FUCKING SURRENDERED. I literally blinked without even clicking shit and it turned into 4 green markers. Apparently Janna was making everyone salty and Sion wasn't doing his job as the jungler but..... WE WERE WINNING. Had a lead. Had towers and shit. Dragons and shit (I think), we were doing fine. But apparently, due to saltiness and lack of common sense to actually MUTE someone, they took that salt, went from 0-100 rage instantly. Lost 20 LP. Ain't so bad. Can't complain about that. Just means more. damn. matches.... -_-.

Not sure if anyone here had a team that was so salty and winning that everyone surrendered because they were too immature to actually mute/ignore the damn person that's causing the shit.

In another match right now. Away I go.
