There is a scam website by the name of LOLAcademy. They will friend request you and spam you till you block them, LOLAcademy1Kirch is one of said people. It advertises "Diamond, and Challenger" people for how ever much money per hour, will get you out of the Bronze Elo.

I'm not sure why Riot doesn't go after companies such as these. Premium Coaching is fine and all, but obvious Elo Boosting is completely obvious! It violates Riot's/League's terms of use, but nothing it being done about it.
So much spam... I've blocked so many of these LOL Academy bots and still occasionally get friend requests from new ones. If this is not a huge infringement of the Terms of Use, then I don't know what is.
Riot... Smite them for all of us. 
They go by a new name now Lolacademyguerin.
