Honor vs Toxicity.

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've posted in the forums for league, but I think we really need to bring forth a call about the amount of trolling and toxicity and the lack of punishments for it. I've got two accounts sitting in low plat, two in silver/bronze, and this one is in Gold. I haven't in all my years of league been more shocked at the rapidly increasing amount of toxicity in the League of Legends community over the past 4 seasons.

As many people know chat restrictions go for the most part like this "10 games, 25 games, 50 games, 100 games, Suspension, Perma-ban". Which this is nice and all, because the system for the most part detects toxicity in a game after that person was reported. But what about the people who flame without cursing and telling people "KYS, Drink bleach, Die IRL" without any regard to the system? From what I've seen between the ranks of Bronze to Plat, there are a very large amount of people who get a chat restriction for a game, then flame before or after the game because they know they cant in game. Because of this flame people start running Ghost Cleanse and running it down, or just intentionally feed others lanes because of the toxicity.

People who soft-int dont seem to get any kind of punishment and continue to throw games and lose intentionally pre-15. Other than Soft-Inters, hard inters have games in gold/plat where they are not just having a bad game but blame the jungler or another lane for them dying under enemy turret saying "Why wont jungle gank or why is the support top". Even when they have a vision score of 0 at 20 minutes and complain about not getting help. These people continue to do it over and over and when you look at their match history you just wonder why they keep playing, or what reason they do it.

There needs to be some sort of increase in punishment and reward for players who act with integrity. If you are Honor level 0 or 1 you will not get queued with Honor level 2 and above or something of the sort. Maybe if you've been punished recently you get placed in a different queue that prevents you from playing with non-punished players until you have been considered mostly reformed from your punishment. Doing something like this or more to protect players who wish to play the game seriously without toxicity and trolling.

"10 games, 25 games, 50 games, 100 games, Suspension, Perma-ban".

No they do not go like this. Where did you get those middle two steps?

How do you prove someone is “soft inting” and not just bad, making bad decisions, tired, distracted, or otherwise?

Furthermore, Riot will not make any sort of “prisoner’s island” by implementing different queues, restricting game modes, or otherwise. It’s all or nothing. Players either behave and have access to everything, or they will be punished up to a permanent ban.

Honestly all you need to do is report and convince your other teammates to report. Their system will do the rest. It's unforgiving.

You can even get heated and report mostly innocent people, if enough people report them they get "killed" from the game.
