Yes, I actually helped someone else with this and will give you all the links you need in a minute.
Ok. So you need to use a program called destop movie. The link to download it is here: http://download.cnet.com/Desktop-Movie-Player/3000-13632_4-75744143.html
You will also need to download the video, I saved it to my Google Drive and you can find it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5ka7n89v_2xcUJfVHRhRWhQTGc/view?usp=sharing
A couple notes. Destop movie has an option that allows you to have it play on startup. This does have the side effect of possibly delaying your computer startup time by a couple of seconds while it loads.
Destop Movie will naturally hide itself in the hidden icons area at the right of your taskbar. Left clicking will pull up an option that allows you to pause your current video/change the volume on it. Right clicking opens up a bunch of other options.
Please note that while this worked for me I am simply providing the links. I am not responsible for any malware or other negative impacts you encounter. If you ever have any questions just reply to this message and I should respond within about a day at the latest. Have fun!
