Increased Leaving and AFKing.

Recently in my ranked games I have seen people leave/AFK a lot more. Is there a reason for this? In addition, it's mostly people who speak in chinese and/or korean or those mysterious square boxes. When I mean players leave/AFK a lot more, I mean like at least 50% of my games out of my last 10-20 games. Saw two Jinx scripters as well that does the instakill when you TP to base thing (Example in video linked to this post). Is it because the chinese and koreans like to fxck NA players over for fun? Is there a reason for this? Is it because season is coming to an end and people don't give a shxt anymore? Is there something I am missing? If you experience the same I would like to know because every game I play feels so frustrating to know I lost cause one dude just didn't want to play anymore.

Your thoughts? Would really appreciate some insight into this matter. I'll even make a poll to survey this increase in low quality games.
